*Most free tier users will never be throttled under normal use. Only the top 5% of heavy users may experience throttling after hitting a monthly transfer threshold. You can check your usage status in the mobile apps or website under Manage Account.

** Bitrate depends on the files you upload. The "Original" option streams in your uploaded format, though not all devices support all file types (e.g., Chromecast doesn’t support AIFF). In those cases, transcoded streams ensure compatibility across devices.
- Web: click your username in the top right > Account & Membership
- Mobile: go to Profile > Account & Membership
- Cancel anytime; no long-term commitment
- You can pay with credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.
- Need a receipt? Email support@ibroadcast.com and we’ll send it to you.
- Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
- If your payment fails (e.g., expired card), simply re-subscribe with a valid payment method.
- Premium memberships can be transferred. Contact support from the current Premium account and provide the email for the destination account.
- If deleting your account and starting fresh, let us know before deleting so we can note the membership and transfer it once you sign back up.
- Where you cancel depends on where you signed up (website or app). Go to Account & Membership on the website or Profile > Account & Membership in the app for instructions.
- iBroadcast is 100% funded by Premium members. We don’t host ads, sell information, or sell music. Even if you don’t need Premium features, subscribing helps keep the service running.
- We don’t offer lifetime memberships because we incur ongoing costs for streaming, storage, and support. (Services like Plex sell software licenses, while you cover hosting—our model is different.)
