Editing your library in iBroadcast allows you to fix mislabeled tracks, update album or artist information, manage genres, artwork, and more. Most editing functionality is available on the web player, while mobile apps provide limited editing options. Changes sync across all devices, and Premium members can export updated metadata.
iBroadcast uses your music file's embedded metadata to label your tracks. Read more here.
Tracks remain in Trash until emptied. Deleted tracks can be restored from the Track Dashboard.

💡 Albums are unexpectedly split?
This is usually due to missing or mismatching metadata on the separated tracks compared to the rest of the album. Tip: check the "album artist" field - if it is missing, the album artist will be extrapolated from the track artist, which can cause a mismatch if certain tracks have additional/featured artists.
To combine multi-disc album sets into one album in your library:
Add or edit additional artists (web only):
Additional Artists are displayed by default. Toggle on/off:
The genre field is associated with tracks, rather than albums. However, to change the genre of all tracks in an album:
To create a new genre:
On the website, edit a track → type a new genre in the dropdown → select “+ Create New” → Save
To delete a genre, you must change or delete the genre from all of the tracks where it is present.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a genre from the Genres section will delete all tracks associated with that genre.
Additional genres are displayed by default. Toggle on/off:
Default artwork is user-uploaded; DMCA requests are respected
Change artist, genre, or other metadata for all selected items.
As of 2024, the Legacy Editor is no longer supported. Use the web player's built-in edit features instead.
The easiest way to delete your entire library and start over is to delete your account. Contact iBroadcast Support or put in an account deletion request via the app (Profile → Account and Membership → Delete Account).
❓ Why is there no option to delete entire library within my account?
A record of all deleted files is kept within your Track Dashboard so that you can restore them at any time. iBroadcast also keeps track of deleted files to make it easy to avoid reuploading music that you don't want.
When your account is deleted, all of your music and relevant data is permanently deleted.
Library edits made on one device sync to all others (tracks, albums, playlists, tags, artists). Conversely, settings changes aren't synced across devices unless noted.
No, the original file you uploaded is preserved and can be downloaded in its original form. When you edit metadata, iBroadcast creates and stores a separate copy in your library.
You can export your library in its entirety or in individual pieces. See Exporting Your Library for detailed instructions.
