With iBroadcast, your music collection is stored safely in the cloud. Uploading your music is straightforward and flexible using the web uploader or MediaSync Lite. The system supports nearly all audio formats and automatically gathers details from your files. It also provides tools for handling duplicates, managing large uploads, converting CDs to digital format, and other helpful features.
Once you have signed up for your free account, log in to media.ibroadcast.com and select Add Music to see available upload options. More details on each can be found below.
Use the web uploader for small batches, MediaSync Lite for large uploads, or starter scripts for advanced users.
💡 Is iBroadcast a Streaming Service?
iBroadcast isn't a subscription streaming service, like Spotify, Apple Music, or Pandora; rather, it's a personal music library service. The difference is that all music that you play in iBroadcast is owned by you, and therefore must be uploaded by you into your library.
Once you've uploaded your music, you can listen to it from anywhere (computer, mobile device, car, casting, bluetooth, etc.) like you would from a streaming app. Download the iBroadcast mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
❓ Large uploads stop mid-process?
This may happen due to browser/network interruptions. MediaSync Lite can handle interruptions better, so we recommend it over the web uploader for large uploads.

iBroadcast will handle typical uploads automatically! Most casual users will never need to dive into the nuance, especially if your files are newer or from a reputable source. We provide this info for advanced users with complex music collections that can benefit from the knowledge.
